TRANQUIL ENVIRONMENT
Whether your appointment is just 30 minutes or 2 hours, we want you to fully enjoy your time at MedAndSpa without the distractions of daily life. For the peace, quiet, and well-being of yourself and all our clients, we kindly ask that mobile phones and devices are on silent mode.
TARDINESS
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to check in so that we may start your service on time. If you are late, your visit will end on time so the next client’s appointment may begin as scheduled and you will be charged for the full appointment.
APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS
In order to obtain your desired appointment, we recommend scheduling at least 2 weeks in advance. Call MedAndSpa at (630) 635-6661 or book your appointment online.
A security deposit is required at the time of booking to guarantee your appointment. Please have your credit card ready when booking. Security deposit options are as follows:
● $100 deposit for all new clients and/or appointments longer than 1.5h
● $100 deposit for all Nurse Injector appointments
● $50 consultation fee with the client’s coordinator
FOR YOUR PERSONAL SAFETY
We care about your well-being and health. When booking your visit, please advise us of any serious health conditions, physical limitations, or special needs as this may affect your choice of services.
PRICES, PAYMENT/DEPOSIT & GRATUITY
We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest spa treatments and experiences. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that all prices are subject to change without notice.
For your convenience, we accept all major credit cards, debit, MedAndSpa gift cards, certified checks, or cash. We also offer affordable financing plans through Care Credit.
Gratuity is at your discretion but is highly appreciated by our staff.
CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULE & “NO-SHOWS”
The time needed for the service(s) is reserved exclusively for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. If you need to cancel an appointment or reschedule one, we require a minimum of 24 hours notice. Please call us IMMEDIATELY at (630) 635-6661.
Any cancellations, rescheduling with less than 24 h of notice, or no-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee amounting to the deposit of the scheduled visit.
CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
To Better Serve You – Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not satisfied with any service you received here, please notify us IMMEDIATELY, however, feel free to consult with us about any concerns anytime.
RETAIL PRODUCTS
Retail skin care purchases are non-refundable unless damaged or defective. No refunds or exchanges on special orders. Please always consult with your service provider about purchasing retail products at MedAndSpa.
AGE GUIDELINES
To maintain our serene atmosphere, guests must be at least 14 years of age. We will gladly reschedule your appointment if you must arrive with your child. Clients under the age of 18 must have an adult present and sign their treatment documents. It is the adult’s responsibility to monitor the child’s behavior and make age-appropriate treatment decisions.
