Where do I begin! First off, the salon itself is amazing (decor, size and cleanliness). If you’re looking for friendly service, look no more. The ladies who work there will not only make you feel relaxed; they make you feel at home. Even though I live an hour away, coming here is worth every minute.

I live in the city but traveled to this location at the recommendation of a friend. I am so glad I did! The location is beautiful and well kept. The staff was extremely pleasant and very helpful. I felt as though they listened to my personal insecurities and were genuinely trying to help me with my specific face and skin concerns, not sell or upsell procedures. I had Dysport and Restylane done at a much more reasonable price than other spas I have used in Chicago. Anna did my injections and really took the time to perfect my lips. I had previously had them done elsewhere and was fearful to try again because I saw little effect after experiencing a great deal of pain. The numbing cream they use at MedAndSpa really works! I went in for a facial on Friday, January 27, 2017. Agnes took care of me. The ambience is relaxing and very elegant. Agnes is very knowledgeable and experienced. I felt right at home. The bed is heated and blankets and bedding are soft. Agnes explained what she was doing and answered all questions regarding the treatments I was interested in. She also recommended treatments that I was not aware of such as improving the look of my hands. I look forward to further treatments and to relax in a beautiful and quiet atmosphere.
