- Membership fees are automatically charged to credit/debit card on file every 30 days from the enrollment date, with 1st payment charged on the enrollment date.
- Membership is month-to-month with a 6-month minimum commitment.
- Membership may be paused once per year for up to 30 days (written notice via e-mail or text message required, followed by MedAndSpa confirmation).
- Unused banked funds roll over each month and never expire.
- Monthly membership funds, discounts, and privileges/credits (B-Day, Referral, etc.) are non-refundable & non-transferable.
- Monthly member funds, discounts, and privileges/credits (B-Day, Referral, etc.) can be used toward any regularly priced services or products. Cannot be combined with other offers or promos unless specified.
- All monthly payments/funds are stored in your MedAndSpa banked wallet.
- 5% off, 10% off & 15% off services and products apply only during active membership.
- “Glow Boost” Elite treatments must be used within 60 days of being issued & cannot be exchanged or banked.
- The Elite Welcome Gift must be picked up within 30 days of the enrollment date.
- CoolSculpting is not included in the VIP Club/Membership.
- No refunds are provided for unused privileges/credits (B-Day, Referral, etc.)
- To cancel membership, you must notify MedAndSpa via e-mail or text message at least 30 days before your next billing date. You must wait for cancellation confirmation from MedAndSpa staff.
- Early cancellation (before the 6-month commitment) will result in a $100 penalty and will forfeit any unused privileges/credits.
- Discounts cannot be used for past purchases or gift cards.
- Appointments are subject to availability – early booking is recommended.
- No-Shows or last-minute cancellations/rescheduling (under 24 hours) may result in a $100 fee or loss of privileges/credits (B-Day, Referrals, etc.)
- Members receive $75 in credit for every new membership client who signs up using their name.
- Referred clients must remain a member for at least 1 billing cycle to qualify.
- MedAndSpa reserves the right to modify pricing, terms, and/or benefits with 30 days’ notice to all active members.
- MedAndSpa reserves the right to refuse membership in the event of account misuse, chargebacks, and/or inappropriate behavior.
