Monika was born and raised in Poland and holds a Master’s Degree from Warsaw University. Her strong passion for skincare began as a teenager when she struggled with aggressive acne. She explored her passion for the medical aesthetics industry and began studying at HP Esthetics in Palos Hills, IL. Since then, Monika has trained with elite industry professionals and accumulated over 15 years’ worth of knowledge, licenses, and experience.

Monika’s passion, drive and enthusiasm inspired her to jointly open MedAndSpa in 2017, the premier medical spa in Burr Ridge, IL. Monika treats all of her clientele like family and cares for their skin with true compassion. She is one of the kindest people and a joy to be around. She is extensively trained and skilled in performing facials, lasers, chemical peels, microneedling, body treatments, custom skin treatments, and more. Monika specializes in anti-aging and acne skincare techniques.

Katrina trained with many world-renowned aesthetic providers around the country to learn the newest cutting-edge procedures to deliver the best results in the safest way possible. In a fast-moving industry, she is always on top of her A-game. She says she loves her job because she enjoys making people look and feel good about themselves. Nothing makes her heart fuller than seeing people blossom! At MedAndSpa, she loves that she works with the best team of professionals who have become her good friends. Katrina’s best skin care tip is to always invest in your skin, not your makeup and to always wear sunscreen! Her favorite activities are camping and skiing trips with her family. In her free time, Katrina enjoys a good book, romantic movie, red wine, and binge-watching aesthetic videos. She is an only child and is married with two kids, a son and a daughter.
