- Membership fees are automatically charged to credit/debit card on file every 30 days from the enrollment date with 1st payment charged on enrollment date.
- Membership is month-to-month with 6 month minimum commitment.
- Membership may be paused once per year for up to 30 days (written notice via e-mail or text message required followed by MedAndSpa confirmation).
- Unused money roll over each month and never expire as long as your membership is active.
- Credits, monthly payments money & membership discounts are non-refundable & non-transferable.
- All monthly payments are stored in your MedAndSpa wallet.
- Credits and monthly payments money can be used toward any regularly priced services or products (packages are considered as regular priced treatments).
- Credits and monthly payments money cannot be combined with other offers or promotions unless specified.
- 10% off & 15% off services & products apply only during active membership.
- “Glow Boost” Luxe treatments must be used within 60 days of being issued & cannot be exchanged or banked.
- Luxe Welcome Gift must be picked up within 30 days of enrollment date.
- No refunds for unused credits.
- To cancel membership you must notify MedAndSpa via e-mail or text message at least 30 days before your next billing date. Must wait for cancelation confirmation from MedAndSpa staff.
- Early cancelations before the 6 month commitment may forfeit banked money and credits.
- Discounts cannot be used for past purchases or gift cards.
- Appointments are subject to availability – early booking is recommended.
- No-shows or last minute cancellation/rescheduling (under 24 hours) may result in a $100 fee or loss of credit.
- Members receive $75 in credit for every new membership client who signs up using their name.
- Referred clients must remain a member for at least 1 billing cycle to qualify.
- MedAndSpa reserves the right to modify pricing, terms, and/or benefits with 30 days notice to all active members.
- MedAndSpa reserves the right to refuse membership in the event of account misuse, chargebacks and/or inappropriate behavior.
